Front Office Manager

Valerie St Germain was born in New York in 1984, hence her vibrant attitude,  boldness and confidence. She is not afraid to take risks, pursue her dreams and put herself out there. She comes from a very strong and successful family background. Valerie did the running start program at her highschool so she attended college classes her senior year. She graduated from Whitefish High School in 2002 with a 3.7GPA, and got her A.A.S of Business Managemnt in 2003 with a 3.6GPA from FVCC. She continues to take management courses at FVCC to enhance her skills. She has over 20 years of professional management experience.

Here at 406MedicalSpa Valerie is the Face of the Business. She oversees the daily operations of the Spa, plans meetings, provides strategic direction to the team ensuring smooth day to day operations. She plans special events as well as the social media and radio feeds. Some of her responsibilities here extend to quality assurance, customer experience, inventory management, operational efficiency and compliance and regulations. She possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills which ensures the effectiveness of the spa’s staff and processes.

When Valerie isn’t at the Spa you can find her with her family paddle boarding, hiking and hunting. She enjoys going to concerts and tries to vacation once a year to a new destination. She is also blessed with 4 boys; Isaiah, Gabriel, Christian and Alexzander.
